Joint training for body and mind

Some of our employees were very happy to accept the company’s offer to take part in a mindfulness course lasting several weeks.
With a lot of empathy and great warmth, our coach Kerstin Haug taught us a variety of strategies for dealing with stress and strengthening our personality, as well as various techniques that can lead to more calm and serenity.

Intensive relaxation exercises at the beginning and at the end gave each unit an all-round successful framework.
We would like to thank Kerstin Haug for her loving support throughout the course and look forward to continuing with her!
