Bellows
Sigrist Electroforming is european market leader in the production of high-precision nickel metal bellows. Bellows, produced using the electroforming process are especially needed for applications that demand the highest levels of precision, reliability and durability.
The components are used, for example, in the assembly of printed circuit boards (pick and place application).
By using UHR nickel, we can meet the customer specifications very precisely
Our bellows are characterized by minimal setting behavior
Diameter and heights of the bellows vary from 2 mm to 20 mm (0,08 to 0,8 inches)
The wall thicknesses of our bellows are between 10 and 100 μm.
