Devastating flash flood in Nepal – we are helping with a donation!

A massive avalanche of mud and debris has swept away houses and bridges along a 160-kilometer stretch between Nepal and Tibet, burying entire villages. Hundreds of people have already lost their lives, many are missing, and the death toll is expected to reach the thousands.

We are all deeply affected, as Mr. Sigrist and his daughter hiked the Langtang Valley Trek—starting and ending in Syaphru Besi—right in the disaster zone in November 2022. For this reason, we are once again pleased to support the relief organization „Aktion Deutschland Hilft“ with a donation of 1,000 euros.
